Shipping

  • Orders ship typically within 1 business days of purchase.

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility:

    • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

    • Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Defective or Damaged Products:

    • Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

    • We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a refund.

  3. Return Process (Shopify Standard):

    • Email support@zerobugs.com with your order number and reason for return.

    • We will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

    • Package the product securely and drop it off with the designated carrier.

    • Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  4. Refunds:

    • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
